I have two of these tents, and have used them for backpacking in Sierra's, Teton's, and Glacier NP... Total use is probably 30+ nights, and they are still holding up well. Mostly fair weather, but I did have a couple rain events.

I was impressed with the stability of this tent while camping outdoors. Even in adverse weather conditions, it remains stable with no leaks or wobbles.
Isabelle Brown
I recently purchased this tent and it has served me well on many outdoor trips. It's very easy to set up and store, and it's also very windproof and rainproof.
Olivia King
The ventilation of this tent is excellent and I didn't feel stuffy even in hot weather. The anti-mosquito design of the inner tent allows me to avoid this big worry when camping outdoors.
Leah Price
The separate design of the inner and outer tents of this tent is very practical and allows me to adjust it freely according to the weather conditions. And the comfort of the inner tent is also very good, providing me with enough space to rest.
Peter Davis
I tested the waterproofing of this tent during a heavy rainstorm and was very pleased with the results. The outer tent fits the inner tent tightly and there is no water seepage, allowing me to stay dry even on rainy days.
Max Taylor
This tent is very easy to set up and store, which saves me a lot of time during outdoor activities. And its lightweight design also makes it easy for me to carry and move around.
Rachel Johnson
On one of my recent hikes, this tent provided me with a comfortable place to rest. The cushion design of the inner tent is very considerate, allowing me to feel as comfortable as home when outdoors.
Jacklyn Miller
On my recent hiking trip, this tent gave me plenty of privacy and space. The large window design on the top means I don鈥檛 have to worry about ventilation, and the waterproof coating on the inner layer keeps me dry on rainy days.
Mark Fisher
During my use of this tent, I found it to be very space efficient. Even in a limited space, it allows me to move freely and brings me great convenience.
Remy
I purchased this tent primarily for an outdoor summer camp event and it exceeded my expectations. Whether it is setting up or storing, it is very convenient and quick, which bought me a lot of time during the event.

Firstly I love the tent, I have walked from Bristol to Newquay over 3 months... It is roomy for one person + gear inside, and enough for 2 people with gear in the porch areas, all the materials everywhere are great and have a nice feel about them, I like the fact that on both sides you can open up both outer panels or just one giving you lots of options when setting up, ventilating when it's warm and closing up when it's cold.. it is lighter than my previous tent and is super simple and quick to out up and down, the major plus of this tent... Another great feature is the actually bag it comes in, a mix between a stuff sack and a drybag( not sure if it's waterproof) it means no fiddly rolling things perfect in the morning, you can almost fold it roughly then stuff it in and cinch it tight... the poles are lightweight but solid, but I swapped out the pegs for ones I already had, the ones that come with it are fine, but I had better ones so... It held up in 20mph wind but I have added extra guys to be safe, but it is solid. There is a distinct lack of pockets on the inside (only one tiny one by your head/feet) but not a deal breaker and my only other concerns were the quality of zips... So far no problems but I envisage a failure there at some point, because I tend to tug on them recklessly( I hate zips) ... Overall probably the best tent for my usage, I going on another 6 month adventure with it and it will get a pretty brutal treatment from me so I'll update after then.... A+

Obviously, they make great tents. This is no exception. I bought this as a quick play tent for my kids in our back yard. I've ended up using myself as well and love it. Very fast to set up and very sturdy in heavy wind. That was a bit of a surprise but a fun night. Great value, solid product.

So far so good!!! Still rating this tent.

I have had this for a year now I have used it on Multiple occasions when I go camping with Scouts BSA. First time I used it we had gotten to a camp site around 10 pm and I had to put it up in the dark with a head lamp. Put it up by myself in a couple minutes. Bundles up small, pretty durable. I would highly recommend

I was scared to use the tent in the rain (because it was cheap) but it really surprised me. We camped 5 nights in Kauai last December. This tent survive heavy rain for 4 days and the most scary wind storm I had ever seen.

This is the first time I bought a higher quality tent, and it is pretty good. Have been using it for a few years and encountered absolutely no problems. It is nice that is well suited both for very hot and for colder weather.
Emmanuel Ramos
Great value. Perfect for a week long camping trip.
Joshua Knarr
Well built, easy to put up and take down. A perfect choice for 2 people and their stuff. Seams are well sealed, good zippers, and a user friendly stuff sack. Some may consider that a small detail, but I own several other tents including a high end four season tent, and you need to be an engineer to fit all the components back in the sack! Not a problem with this tent. The poles are durable and it does well in the wind.
Johnny Simon
Great for motorcycle camping. I love this tent for taking on my motorcycle camping adventures. Fits in my roll top dry bag with all of my other camping gear and is light weight so I don't even notice it's on the bike. It's the perfect size for one person if you also want to keep your gear inside and dry but not sleep on top of it.
Cody
I purchased this tent to take on short over night kayaking trips. I am not an adventurer although I would like to be! This tent is light and packable. It comfortably fits myself and my husband + a boxer with all of our gear. This tent serves its purpose nicely. Would recommend!

Alright so, my boyfriend and I went on a backpacking trip about a month ago that was supposed to be fine but the trip was cut short by a major wind/snow storm in Wyoming. However, I wanted to write a review for everything we bought because some things held up surprisingly better than expected. The storm ended up getting to -8 degrees F overnight and was about 20 degrees F during the day while we basically hiked past our limit to get out of there because we were knew it wasnt going to get any better and one of our dogs (a pug) was getting too cold, even with layered sweaters. Also, winds got to be up to 70 mph, so the wind chill made it much worse. This is the first time we had ever really dealt with snow/hail like this coming from Florida, so our gear helped us out a lot in getting out of there/surviving the night.

My husband and I are huge outdoor enthusiasts. We love camping, backpacking, and everything in between. This tent has had it's fair share of trips. It is a very sturdy tent and holds up great in high winds. My parents bought a tent 2x more expensive than this one and theirs broke in the wind.?Great 3Ful tent.

I bought this tent to replace a much older tent and the difference was immediate. The poles are very nice. The main structure poles are an X shape that are together on a hinge that seems very durable. This tent packs down nice and small to fit in the backpack.

Nice tent, easy set up. Dissapointed when I set it up first time noticing a small hole in the mesh near top center hook.
Kyle Doubek
This is a great backpacking tent; I got the footprint, too, which isn't included in the price (it provides good tent tub protection and is virtually weightless). The tent itself is wonderful for one person; snug for two but acceptable. Without the rain fly the tent is 100% well-ventilated and great for stargazing at night. With the fly on, the change in ventilation is huge, but it works well in common rainstorms (it goes on and off in a snap).

Yes! This tent exceeded expectations!

Performed well in the wind. Went up fast. All the parts fit well and had a quality feel to them. We had some good wind and had the tent facing the wrong way. But it held its own. Love it.

I got it to years ago for a low price and its still going and looks like new. Water resistant but it will get chilly in there if its a cold night.

I took this tent on a 12 day backpacking trek to the Philmont scout ranch in New Mexico, and it performed fantastic! All the parts are high quality, it's got great features, easy to set up and take down, compresses really well (putting the tent and fly in main bag, separating others), and is really lightweight. This was right up there with the Big Agnes tent another member of my crew brought, but his cost 4x what mine did. I was skeptical when I bought this because there weren't a lot of reviews, but REALLY glad I picked this.
Cameron Millican
Not for cold and windy weather. Great summer tent.

Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. The tent has exceeded performance expectations. When I purchase a larger tent for traveling with more people, 3f will get very strong consideration.

I bought this camping tent for my son for his camping with his friends. We try to assemble it in our backyard. It is super easy to setup, two person could do it in 3mins. I love the design of poles, the frame is very stable, and the material of the poles is very light but strong.
The room is large than expecting, two-porch area is a unique features, it is very useful to put bags and supplies. Packed size can fit in a backpack very well. Fabric is double layer, and there has ceiling vents.
Over all, it is a well-designed lightweight tent, if you want a backpacking tent, this is a good choice.

Took this tent backpacking during a VERY windy and rainy weekend. Kept me nice and dry, and did't blow away! The wind was so powerful where I camped that it made me a bit scared that my tent would fly away like a kite with me in it, but it stayed nicely pinned to the ground; even without me in it!
The only thing was I wish the cover went all the way to the ground, rather then having the about 3 inch gap between it and the ground. Not bad to set up, and very light and compact for backpacking.

Great tent did the price!

Took this tent camping in Big Sur. A little cramped for two people and gear but a great lightweight value tent.
Sheri Selvage
This tent is easy to set up and tear down. It's perfect for 2 people using a queen size air mattress. I'm sure if you had a dog it would be fine as well, plenty of floor space with your gear.

Used this Tent for 2 Years... Great Tent for Two People

This is by far my best gear purchase to date and to be honest my favorite piece of camping equipment. I've taken this to quite a few places around Texas, Colorado, Utah, and California and it still makes me smile every time I begin to unpack it. This tent is great for backpacking or car camping as it is durable(Been through Rain, Wind, and Snow). The setup is pretty much a no brainer which can be assembled or disassembled in a matter of minutes. I was surprised at how small it packs down yet how sturdy and spacious it is once put together. It comfortably sleeps two people with enough room in each Vestibule for my 45L or 75L packs with room for my shoes. I've had this tent for just under a year and know that it will last me for many more years to come. I would have no hesitation buying this again or recommending to friends.

The design is smart and cute. The quality of the tent is good, easy to carry, easy to set up, and it is lightweight but strong enough. Also the room is perfect for me and my husband to stay in.
Can't wait to go to the suburbs again soon... (to see the stars in the evening and the sunrise in the morning )
Overall if you looking for a tent that make you easy on the trip, this is a good choice.!

My family and i are very Experienced Ruff it Campers. Im here to tell you this Tent is Amazing! The frame is a solid one piece, lightweight, very very easy to assemble. Tent goes up in 4min or less. Guylines and stakedowns are located in great positions. The entire tent can fit in a backpack. We have been using this tent for about 6 weeks now and last night Oh My! We were camping with 3 other familys and a Super Cell came up on us.
Emmanuel Beaufils
Easy to set up and take down. Winds gusted to over 40 mph one night and the tent held up just fine. Rain was not an issue. Did 12 nights in ten different parks by myself. My two person tent would have fit two people just fine. Tent stakes could be stronger. I have bent almost all of them. Tent ceiling has places to hang light weight lamps. Tent door can be rolled up and secured open. Outer shell door can be held open using the velcro side windows. After use, remove the outer shell, pull up stakes, open the tent door and pick up the entire tent to shake out dirt. The tent poles will stay in place, holding shape and you can just flip the whole tent upside down. It is that easy. I love this tent!
sharpcheddar
I try to assemble it at home when I receive it. It is very easy to set up, the first assembly took less than 6 minutes.
I really like the two porches area, we could cook meals and have a sitting area when its raining outside. It is also can be use as storage area for shoes and backpacks.
I think the material is good, no strange smell of the fabricthe pole connection is very smooth and easy. I also like some details, for examplethe zipper can be double side open and waterproof seamed, the ceiling vents provide good light and airflow.
Its lightweight and the package size is small, I can put in my backpack very easy.
It is a good lightweight-backpacking tent, I am highly recommend it.

My friend recommends this 2- person- tent to us. It's really a wonderful tent with high quality, easy to setup, enough room for 2 persons, great air ventilation. We love the design of the porch, it is a good area to keep things dry. The most surprise thing is the waterproof rate of the tent, we use it one night, which is raining heavy about 3 hours, but we are dry inside. The front awning can be supported to be a nice sunshade, which is important in the sunny afternoon. Overall, it is an amazing tent, and the price is good, we love it.

I want to start by saying camperlists customer service is excellent.. we had an issue with the first product and after emailing them they responded quickly and resolved my order instantly.. and thank you for that.... as for the tent it is light and easy to set up .. durability will depend with time.. it has room for two but a bit snug.... overall am happy with purchase.

I love the design of 2 porches; you will have additional space for storage.
The aluminum poles provide a study and lightweight frame; it stands well in windy with the stable frame and guy lines.
The ceiling vents are a great deign to provide good ventilation.
There is ground sheet included in 3f updated version, which is very useful for complicated camping surroundings.
Material is good, waterproof and no chemical smell. The portable Package can fit in my backpack.
If you are looking for a 2 person backpacking tent, this is the ideal one.

Nice and sturdy tent

I purchased this tent for my son and me to take on cub scouting camping trips because it is light weight and compact. I have never gone camping so when the tent arrived I assembled it to make sure I was capable of pitching the tent and tearing it back down to fit in the original bag. The first time I pitched the tent it took almost 20 mins because of lack of instructions but I had no problem tearing it down and fitting it into the original bag. Later that week I had my son help me pitch the tent and it took no more than 10 minutes because I knew what I was doing. I kept the tent up over the weekend to do some backyard camping before camping away from home. I loved the anti-area that allows you to keep your dirty shoes and other supplies undercover but separate from the sleeping area. My son and I are ready and excited to camp for real with his pack this June.
Gardner
Love this tent. The only negative if there is one, it is a little flimsy in the high winds, so if it could have 1-2 more layers of thickness it would be 6 stars. Easy to setup. I did not read the instructions so I made it through although I had to work the last part, the cover a few times till I had it on the right ends. Highly recommend tho!

We buy this tent for our coastline trip through #101 in Oregon. This 2 person tent is produced in high quality which is exceed my expectation.
Setup is not difficult, we watch the online video and just follow the steps, 2 person can do it within 10mins. The most satisfied thing is the stability of the tent, the frame is compose of 3 Aluminum poles, we use it in the seaside where is windy, but it preforms very well. It is lightweight, very easy to put in a compact bag, easy to carry during a hiking trip.
We havent test waterproof rate, but I want to say this tent is no soaking inside, which is better than my pervious tentThere are two vestibule area, it is useful to put shoes, bags, and everything you want to keep dry, it is a thoughtful design.
Overall, it is a good quality products, can compare to the tent in REI, not Walmart. It is a good choice if you want a nice backpacking tent but don't want to cost too much!
Arturo Loayza
Very happy with the tent. We purchased it last minute and it arrived in time for our trip. Good quality and worked great in cold and wet environment. Definitely recommend this to anyone, perfect for two people and well worth the price, it was easy to set up and take down. Perfect for our little weekend get away!
Cherie
Really nice tent. Especially for the price. was more than I expected in terms of quality and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this tent to any of my friends or family. I took it out to the desert on a particularly windy weekend and it my tent was the only one in the campsite that didnt get blown away. So the hardware and construction of this tent are on par with top of line models that youd find in a box store for 2x or 3x the amount.
Mark Meyers
I have used the tent once so far. I am happy with it. It goes up and down pretty quickly. And I was actually able to get it to fit back into the bag. The zippers all worked well, although to be fair, the flap along the bottom edge of the door is kind of annoying as you really need to use two hands to ensure you don't get fabric in the zipper.

I bought this tent for my backpacking trip. When I was shopping for a two person backpacking tent, 3 main things I was looking for was lightweight, size, and waterproof. This tent fits all my requirements. The alumni poles are lightweight and durable. It has a good space as a backpacking tent, at the same time stays very compact when folded up. I wanted my tent to be waterproof in case of a rainy day. It has two layers and the outside layer is waterproof. Highly recommend this 2 person tent for backpacking trip or motorcycle trip.
Michael H. Leeder
My first camping trip ever - yeah at my age you would think I'd have done this by now but this worked perfectly. I took this tent to a motorcycle campout. GREAT product. Here's why: the entire tent including polls and stakes all fit into a compact bag that fit into one of my motorcycle saddle bags. I mean, my sleeping bag took up more space on the bike. The set up is cool - its kind of a tent within a tent. The outer shell keeps the rain off and the inner shell is a combination of mosquito netting and water proof base. Another great thing abut this tent is that it has 2 entry ways and 2 porches. The great thing about the porches - they are encased by the outer shell so anything you put there is also protected from the elements. I kept my water jug out there, my stove, anything I didn't need inside the tent. Also, before going into my tent, the porch is a great place to take off your boots or flip flops so you don't get any dirt inside the tent. If you're laying inside the tent and look directly up there is a plastic hook for you to hang a lamp, seems like they've thought of everything.I'm super glad I got my 3f tent and I know that it's something I am going to use for many years to come.

Now it's camping season. I was very excited to bring Taiji backpacking tent out this weekend. it's very compact and fit nicely into a stuffing sag. It is light but made of decent material. The poles are made of aluminum, which is more durable than fiber glass which was used on the tents I got in the past from other brand. I like the two layers design of this tent. Can open up the door for better sunlight and close it if you want more privacy or keep out of the rain. There are also space for storing backpack, shoes, and cookware for a backpacking trip. The bright yellow color lights up my mood and makes me very happy sleeping in it. It's the best tent I've gotten. I'm very pleased with the purchase.
Scott
We were looking for a good starter tent and found this. Due to recent smoky air, we haven't got a chance to use it for real camping, so we tested it in my backyard.
The setup is very easy (even for starters like me), much easier than the other tent I own. It has plenty of space, easily fits 2 people in, and fairly light weight compare to its size. I also like the porch design, it provides extra separated space, and could be used for so many things.
Tent seems pretty durable, stayed well in wind and rain, and I really like how bright it is in the dark. Packing it is easy as well. It surely is a well-designed tent.
I highly recommend this for family camping, with such quality and price you won't regret it.

easy to set up and fold, the quality is good, I am satisfied
