4/26/2023, 3Fulgear has modified the door design of the lanshan series, the original arc L, now the double L zipper design (above). We all think this update is very good.

I suggest to also buy the footprint, 20D Signle Side Silicon nylon(waterproof 4000mm), weight about 180g (2 person), In Amazon, the same price you only buy cheap Polyester(waterproof 2000mm), and tear resistance, 20D signle Silicon nylon is much better),

Polyester the same area of the footprint is about 260g.

In addition, the 4 corners have reinforced protection and special nylon wind ropes.

The original plastic claw hooks are not durable, so you can choose our customized stainless steel claw hooks.

Adding 2 wind rope point sets to the bottom of the side of Lanshan 2 can reduce the noise caused by flapping.

It is a great backpacking tent for the money. It is stand alone, and when the ground was to hard to drive in the stakes the cords at each corner easily tied to rocks. Really satisfied with this tent. Easy to put up and down.

The tent has got pretty much everything you need to build it. Build quality-wise, it is good and as long you take care of it when handling when installing, it should last you a while. There is plenty of room inside however; I have only tried it with 2 people so far and there is plenty of space inside for us. As it is lockdown at the moment, we have only tried it outside and it has rained 2 days ago and as long you got the full cover over it, you锟斤拷ll be good. Overall, it was simple enough to set up and also dismantling it once done.

The tent was a bit confusing to setup the first time, but after reviewing a video or 2 on YouTube it became a straight forward process. I am 6'1" and I have just enough room to lay stretched out on my back, on a 2.5" mattress and with a pillow, and neither my feet or face touch the inner mesh wall of the tent. The second night of camping with it, I was caught in a very windy storm, and the tent was rock solid the whole time! I didn't get a whole lot of rain, so I can't comment on that.

This tent is really a decent price for a 2 door 2 wall tent. Once you set it up a few times, it will be easy. Lots of adjustments on the cords and tie downs. Price differences are for 20 ml or 15 ml sinylon, and footprint or not. I think this is a good starter tent and compares to other brand names that are just as prone to manufacturing defects (none noted here). By setting up with trekking poles at 45", you can get a taught envelope all around. Double wall construction of bug tent and fly keeps condensation drip to a minimum. Good sized porches for storage. Weight appears to be at 2 Lbs.

Let me start by saying that there are a LOT of things to like about this tent. The reinforced corners of the tent floor; the reinforced tie out sections; the nice size of the vestibule; the intelligent guy lines (with "8" hooks) on the sides that pull the fly from the tent and at the same time the mesh tent from the frame, creating a little more space inside; the nice large vents front/rear; the TWO guy lines on the rear section that keep the fly from touching the tent and pull the tent further away from the poles; the curved fly that should help increase circulation/air flow and reduce condensation; and the reasonable weight and pack size.

Got this for my son who just started Boy Scouts. If you are trying to figure out which tent to buy your son or daughter that is starting Scouts and setting up on their own, this is the One. The pole pockets make it super easy to set up. It锟斤拷s easy to get the rain fly on. It锟斤拷s easy to get back into the bag. It锟斤拷s easy to take down. The separately sold ground tarp toggles into the corners and is also color coded. The quality seems great, especially the tub. Hard to imagine a better first tent. There were instructions printed and attached to the rather nice compression stuff sack and there is a set up video on Youtube also. I took the tent outside and set it up. I had been looking for a tent for my next camping trip as the old one was tattered and came across this one which I bought because I wanted something all in one and easy to assemble. What I really liked about the product was how easy it is to assemble.
